After the success of her Danske Bank Premiership Rainbow Laces initiative at the weekend, today this brand new cocktail was launched by Deputy Mayor Mary Ellen Campbell with the support of Hospitality Ulster at Belfast’s hottest new venue, The Tipsy Bird.
Deputy Mayor Campbell said, “Belfast has a vibrant social scene and our city boasts some of the best venues around. The hospitality sector is very supportive of the LGBT community and this cocktail is being launched with the assistance of Hospitality Ulster and Dillon Bass in the classy Tipsy Bird.
So we want to thank all of them for their support.”
Colin Neill, Chief Executive of Hospitality Ulster said, “We’ve launched this new cocktail in The Tipsy Bird to show our support for the LGBT community in the city. The LGBT community is mainstream here, so no better place to launch this cocktail than in Belfast’s newest venue. We hope everyone enjoys the new Rainbow Cocktail and everything it stands for.”
