Niall McGinn looks set to leave Aberdeen

It looks like the end of an era as Aberdeen winger Niall McGinn gets set to exit Pittodrie after five magnificent years with his contract ending at the close of the season.

McGinn has been one of the the Don's top performers since Craig Brown signed him from Celtic in 2012. McGinn from Donaghmore, who scored at Euro 2016 and has more than fifty international caps to his name, helped Aberdeen to win the 2014 League Cup and has played a key role in them becoming Scotland’s second force and European regulars.

McGinn, now a free agent is believed to have options in Scotland, England and further afield although the English Championship is believed to be his preferred choice.
